Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion, email us at socialbranchco@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will use this to locate and delete your information from our systems, as described below.

So we can identify your account and confirm the request, please include:

• Your name and the business or organization name on your account.
• The email address associated with your Social Branch Co. account.
• If applicable, the name of the Facebook Page and/or Instagram account you connected.

Upon a verified request, we will delete the information we hold about you in our own systems — including your account and profile information, business information you provided, uploaded brand assets and files, content and requests you submitted or that we prepared for you, and any Facebook/Instagram connection details and analytics data we stored in connection with your use of the Service — except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, accounting, or legitimate business record-keeping purposes. We will process verified requests as promptly as we reasonably can; we do not commit to a specific number of days, as this can depend on the nature of the request.

Deleting your information from Social Branch Co.'s systems does not delete information that Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. hold on their own systems. Meta controls its own retention and deletion of the data it stores about your Page, account, or activity.

To remove Social Branch Co.'s access to your Facebook Page or Instagram account directly, or to manage your own data with Meta, use Facebook's Business Integrations settings or Meta Account Center/Meta Business Suite. You can find guidance on this directly from Meta at facebook.com/help.
